Shipping

Orders placed through Etsy are processed and shipped according to the timelines listed on each product page. Standard domestic shipping within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

You will receive tracking information via Etsy once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout on Etsy based on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us through Etsy messaging or email us at hello@kaewmee.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
